Selling your home on your own? We can help you get it in front of local agents and buyers without paying a full listing commission.

 

For one flat fee of $600, we list your home on the Triad MLS and Triangle MLS. You stay in charge of your sale, and we handle the listing.

 

This service is available for homes across Central North Carolina.

Keep more of what you've earned.

A traditional listing commission is usually a percentage of your sale price. At 3% on a $300,000 home, that's $9,000. With our flat fee, you pay $600 to get your home on the Triad MLS and Triangle MLS.

Any payment you choose to offer a buyer's agent is separate, and commissions are always negotiable.

Send us your home details and photos. We enter your listing on the Triad MLS and Triangle MLS, place a yard sign, and set you up with ShowingTime so agents can book showings.

 

Professional photos are available through our photographer for an added fee.

You Take It From Here

Calls, leads, and showing requests come straight to you. You set your showings, talk with buyers, and handle offers your way. Your listing stays active until closing.

 

The flat fee doesn't include any payment you choose to offer a buyer's agent. We're happy to walk you through your options.
